L'Orange

100% Souvignier Gris natural wine
Fresh orange peel, slightly tonic-like bitterness,
spicy, salty, long;
develops other exciting taste nuances in the glass and then also in the open bottle, preferably for days.
Vineyard:
young Souvignier Gris (PIWI) vines on a steep slope
Vinification:
early harvest to preserve natural freshness and lightness, 5 weeks of spontaneous maceration in 6hl buckets, no oenological aids, 6 months in used barrique barrels and a small part in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, spontaneous malolactic fermentation (malolactic Fermentation)
Bottled without filtration and with only a small amount of sulfur added, so store the wine cool (max. 18 °C).
